The Excellence of Taste
The section dedicated to artisan food and wine has been completely renewed: ‘Gusto’ (Taste) returns to the Attic of the Spadolini Pavilion, with an area entirely devoted to artisan businesses coming from the agri-food sector, enriched with a programme of tasting and cooking shows curated by Unicoop Firenze on 29th, 30th April, and on 1st May, with free tasting and events, and on behalf of the Association of Tuscan Chefs, on the remaining days of the Fair (25th, 26th, 27th, and 28th April). In the Central Square, ‘Corte dei Sapori’ (Courtyard of Flavours) will be back offering the best from the catering and street food world, with food trucks coming from all over Italy.
