The Excellence of Taste

The area dedicated to the artisan businesses of the agri-food sector, on the attic floor of the Spadolini Pavilion, is complemented by a cooking show programme and events curated by Unicoop Firenze. Tasting of food specialties from the Fior Fiore Coop line. Workshops and events with particular attention to the theme of environment: games and challenges to discover MATERBI ® on 27th, 28th April, and on 1st May.

Street food from all over Italy

Street food with Italian and multi-ethnic wine and wood specialties:
craft beer, cannoli, Greek cuisine, Indian cuisine, crêpes, Sicilian homemade fried food, artisan gelato, Thai ice cream, gourmet hamburgers, lampredotto sandwiches, tongue, Ascolan stuffed olives, pancakes, sandwiches with Chianti “tuna”, steam-cooked paninis with various types of meat, fresh pasta, Neapolitan pastries and coffee, fish, artisan pizza, healthy poke, Bao selection, Asian street-food, tigelle from Emilia-Romagna, Chianti tripe, tortelli from Mugello, and much more.

La Corte dei Sapori (The Courtyard of Flavours) is open until 22:00, with free entrance from 20:00. On 1st May, closing time will be at 20:00.

Gluten-Free and Vegan Proposals

Refreshment points at the self-service, bars, and wine and food booths, located on the attic floor of the Spadolini Pavilion, will offer a selection of gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian products.
