Fragmenta
Within the collective project FRAGMENTA, born to promote and disseminate the culture of traditional craftsmanship and design, FRAGMENTA, PREZIOSI DETTAGLI (PRECIOUS DETAILS) comes to life: a collateral exhibition that proposes itself as a space for visual and material reflection on the value of detail, uniqueness, and manual experience.
The exhibition unfolds as a short but intense journey into the refined goldsmith art, in which each creation tells a story, becoming a tangible fragment of a personal universe, an expression of a poetics of form. The jewellery pieces on display are not just objects, but narrative microcosms, in which past and present merge, restoring value to ancient gestures reinterpreted with both a traditional and contemporary spirit.
Three showcases, six goldsmiths, six visions. Artisans, designers, artists – six identities from different places, united by the same passion for metal and its infinite expressive possibilities. Each author brings with him a distinctive stylistic figure, an aesthetic sensitivity matured over time, a unique way of understanding the dialogue with the material.
Traditional techniques meet the most current experiments, in a game of balance between memory and innovation – every detail is the result of research that combines technical rigour and creative impetus.
FRAGMENTA, PREZIOSI DETTAGLI is also an invitation to slow down the gaze, to focus on the essential, on what often remains invisible. It is an act of restitution of the value of craftsmanship as a cultural language, as a bridge between the individual and the community, between matter and identity.
Within the prestigious context of the Florence International Crafts Fair, this exhibition is inserted as an intimate and precious space, where the encounter between works, authors and the public becomes an opportunity for discovery, connection and wonder.
