WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
It is possible to purchase tickets online or at the fair depending on the type.

We kindly invite you to purchase your tickets online so you can access the Fair without having to queue.
CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO THE EXHIBITION WITH PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
A reduced ticket is reserved for visitors with disabilities (both online and at the fair). The companion is entitled to receive free entry.
It is possible to access the parking lot inside the Fortezza da Basso, with entrance from Porta Mugnone.
Parking spaces are limited, available until full.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE EXHIBITION WITH DOGS?
Dogs are allowed inside the exhibition, provided they are kept on a leash and equipped with a muzzle, as required by current legislation.
ARE VEGETARIAN, VEGAN OR GLUTEN-FREE MEALS AVAILABLE?
At the self-service in the Spadolini Pavilion, attic floor, and at the bar points, you can find options with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus.
ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND FACILITIES FOR GROUPS?
Yes, for groups of more than 10 people, free entry is provided for the accompanying person.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND FOR THE ENTRANCE TICKET?
No, it is not possible to get a refund once the ticket has been issued.
